Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum (VITM) was built in honour of Bharat Ratna Sir M Visvesvaraya in Bangalore. VITM is spread across 4000 sq. metres and is within the magnificent Cubbon park. It houses various engines and industrial products. VITM was inaugurated by the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru in 1962.
